The Village Park Splash Pad in Kannapolis, NC was fun. It was fun because you had no choice but to get wet or cool off in the hot sun. Also, it was super duper crowded. My two favorite water stations were the ground gushers and the aqua dome. The ground gusher was a very strong geyser, and the aqua dome was like half a giant sphere. Some people tried to get under it without getting wet that much. I was one of those people! Ronni was one of the people who just let the water beat on her stomach.
Overall, I thought that it was appropriate for younger children instead of children my age. It was a good day for me to cool off in the hot sun for just a dollar. : )
